About these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and Nordlight Trading B.V., registered in The Netherlands, which operates Nordlight Trading (“Nordlight”, “we”, “us”). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

The service

Nordlight is a market research and investment intelligence platform. It brings together market data, analytics, and AI-assisted research to help you understand markets and support your own decisions. The platform is provided for informational and research purposes only.

Not financial advice

Nordlight does not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services, and we do not execute trades on your behalf. The information, signals, rankings, and analysis on the platform are for research and educational purposes and should not be taken as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. All investment decisions remain entirely your own, and you should consider seeking advice from a qualified professional where appropriate.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Nordlight. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features are offered through paid subscription plans. Applicable fees, billing cycles, and renewal and cancellation terms are presented at the point of purchase. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Nordlight lawfully and not to misuse it — including not attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform, not scraping or extracting data at scale, not reverse-engineering the service, and not reselling or redistributing our content without permission.

Intellectual property

The platform, including its software, content, models, and branding, is owned by Nordlight or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your own personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these terms.

Third-party data and availability

The platform relies on data and services from third parties. While we work to provide accurate and timely information, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, accurate, or uninterrupted, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Nordlight is not liable for any investment losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Nordlight at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where necessary to protect the platform, our users, or comply with the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, and the courts of the Netherlands will have competence over any disputes, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you under local law.
